Ingredient: Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Galangal, Vegetarian Curry Powder, Dried Chili, Salt, Anise Powder, Tamarind Juice, Sugar
Preparation: 400ml water, 500g Food Material (Cabbage, OKK Vegetarian Meat or seafood food, Ladyfinger, Eggplant, Curry Leaves, and Chili). A little of Coconut Milk or Fresh Milk.
Cooking Method:
1. Boil 400ml (2 bowls) of water, add one packet of OKK Vegetarian Instant Vegetable Curry Paste. Stir well to mix for 2 minutes.
2. Add above preparation ingredients, allow it to simmer for 7 minutes or until is cooked. (Add a little of coconut milk as one prefers). Serve hot.
