Preparation 准备材料:
400ml water, 400g vegetarian seafood, 2 tomatoes, 6 lady fingers, 10 mushrooms, 1 ginger bud,
some lime leaves & 5 chilies.
400毫升水, 400克素海鲜, 2粒番茄, 6条羊角豆,1 0粒草菇, 1棵姜花, 数片疯柑叶及5条小辣椒.
Cooking method煮法:
1. Boil 400ml water, add in the “NyorNyar” Instant Vegetarian Tom Yam Paste, stir well to mix for 1 minute.
煮沸400毫升水, 然后倒入1包 “娘惹料理牌 ” 素泰式酸辣海鲜汤即煮酱入锅里煮滚.
2. Add the above ingredients (add in I ginger bud, some lime leaves and chilies as one prefers)
cook for 7 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
将以上材料一起放入锅里 (可随意加数片疯柑叶及1棵姜花, 5条小辣椒, 味道更美味)
,煮约7分钟或至熟为止, 即可上桌。
Ingredients 配料:
Lemon grass, galangal, torch ginger, chili, lime leaves, vegetable oil, assam juice, salt, sugar and sorbic acid.
香茅, 南姜, 姜花, 辣椒, 枫柑叶, 植物油, 亚参膏, 食用盐, 白砂糖及山梨酸。
