Preparation 准备材料:
400ml water, 5 slices veggie meat fillets, 2 potatoes, 200g of long beans & fried bean curd puffs, cabbage,
50ml coconut milk (optional)
400毫升水, 5片素肉片, 2粒马铃薯, 200克菜豆及豆卜, 包菜, 50毫升椰浆。
Cooking method 煮法:
1. Boil 400ml water, add in the “NyorNyar” Instant Vegetarian Meat Curry Paste, stir well to mix for 1 minute.
煮沸400毫升水, 倒入1包“娘惹料理牌” 素肉咖喱即煮酱, 搅拌均匀, 煮滚1分钟。
2. Add 5 slices of vegetarian meat fillets, 2 potatoes, cabbage, 200gm long beans and tofu.
Simmer it for 7 minutes or until it is cooked(add in 80ml coconut milk as one prefers). Serve hot.
加入5片素肉片, 2粒马铃薯, 包菜, 200克菜豆及豆卜, 煮约7分钟或至熟为止。
(最后可随意加入50毫升椰浆或鲜奶)。即可上桌。
