Preparation 准备材料 :
5 slices veggie fish fillet, 300g mix of eggplants, long beans, tofu, lady fingers, 80ml coconut milk or milk (optional),
400ml water
5片素香鱼片, 300克茄子, 菜豆, 羊角豆, 豆卜, 80毫升椰浆或鲜奶, 400毫升水。
Cooking method 煮法:
1. Boil 400ml water, add in the “NyorNyar” Instant Vegetable Curry Paste, Stir well to mix for 1 minute.
煮沸400毫升水, 倒入1包 “娘惹料理牌” 素蔬菜咖喱即煮酱, 煮滚1分钟。
2. Add in the above ingredients, cook for 7 minutes. (add 80ml coconut milk or fresh milk optionally) Serve hot.
加入以上材料, 煮约7分钟或至熟为止。(最后可随意加入80毫升椰浆或鲜奶)。即可上桌。

Lemon grass, galangal, dried chilies, curry powder, selected spices, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, tamarind juice.
香茅, 南姜, 辣椒干, 咖喱粉, 特选香料, 植物油, 食用盐, 白砂糖, 罗望子水。
